How much will the house cost?

Equal to the value of your land. Field special land paper may be given more.

What kind of place are we interested in building a house?

Road / electricity / high ground / location should be good.

What paperwork to give?
  • Attested photocopy of approved design and approval letter.
  • Route map for site inspection.
  • Original documents, Namjari Khatian, DCR, attested photocopy of Halson’s rent receipt, etc.
  • Original ownership deed of land (01 copy of original deed with attested photocopy), Baya deed.
  • C. S. Paper of copy of SA, R, S, BS ledger.
  • DCR, rent receipt and Namjari ledger.
  • From the District / Sub-Registry Office, the concerned branch has to collect the Certificate of Merit (NEC) for 12 (twelve) years.
  • Original allotment letter, transfer deed, original lease deed and mortgage permit in case of government plots.
What will the location be like?

Thana, district, upazila, city, union etc.

How will the land be assessed?

The value of your land is negotiated with our survey team and you according to the price in your area.

How can I get your support?

If both parties agree if your paperwork is subject to our terms.

How long will it take?

Depending on the type of building you have, the contract will specify the time of construction

Can i do shop / factory / resort etc.?

Shop / factory can be done conditionally.

How many days will it take to start your work after completing the information form?

After filling and sending the information form, work will start according to the serial.

What happens to the power of attorney if you don't go home later?

Power of Attorney will be revoked.
